This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2017 in the light of the order in W.P. (MD) No.22479 of 2016.

2.a.The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2017 and pass order on the same on merits and taking into consideration the directions of this Court in several Writ Petitions including the order in W.P.(MD) No.22479 of 2016, dated 29.03.2017, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
