The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2017, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, Mr.T.Subramanian, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Srirangam Police Station, Trichy is present before this Court.

4. It is seen that there is a dispute between Muruganantham and his brother, in respect of certain property. While so, the petitioner has given a representation, dated 22.06.2017, to the respondent Police and has filed the present writ petition with the above prayer.

5. In the considered opinion of this Court, the writ petition is not maintainable, in view of law laid down by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.414 of 2017.

6.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible.
