ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 03.06.2016.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the property covered under patta Nos.3137, 3154, 1846 and 1949 were originally owned by the his father and his father died on 08.12.2006 leaving behind the petitioner and others as his legal heirs. While so, the petitioner's elder brother Kodangippitchan had obtained a patta excluding the other legal heirs. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the respondent on 03.06.2016. Since there is no progress in the appeal, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Heard Mr.KR.Singaravadivel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 03.06.2016, in Na.Ka.No.A3/1622/2016, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months, after providing opportunity to all the necessary parties.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
