RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting Modification to them in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9960/2021 dated 20.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14997/2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.9960 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14997 of 2021 on 20.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.7248 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.9960 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14997 of 2021 on 20.12.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
