Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MANOJ KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.5600 of 2022 Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5499 of 2022 on 29.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.7337 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.5600 of 2022 Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5499 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e on 1st Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
