RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition regarding the 3rd petitioner imposed in Crl.o.P.(MD).No.7479/2022 dated 22.04.2022 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RATHINAVEL PANDIAN J C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition regarding the 3rd petitioner imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.7479 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that by the order, dated 22.04.2022, the petitioners have been released on anticipatory bail with some conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioners 1 & 3 should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. The petitioners 2 & 3 are totally blind persons. Since the second petitioner being lady, exemption was given by this Court, to the second petitioner. That exemption may be extended to the third petitioner since he is totally blind and he is a postgraduate student in pondicherry University. Hence, he seeks the above said modification.

CRL MP(MD) No.7230 of 2022 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court, dated 22.04.2022, is modified to the effect that the third petitioner shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summon. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
