When this Court expressed its view to dismiss the writ petition as no specific cause of action has been disclosed in the averments contained in the accompanying affidavit, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, permission sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
