ORDER
The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the patta transfer appeal pending with the first respondent from 19.07.2024.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for and taking into account that the appeal has been pending from July 2024 onwards, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to hear the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, on merits after hearing all the parties concerned. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
