O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 04.04.2017 and give him compassionate appointment as sanitary worker in the second respondent, Dindigul Corporation.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if his representation dated 04.04.2017 is directed to be considered within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:

3.a. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 04.04.2017 and pass appropriate order on the same on merits and in accordance with law depending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

upon the availability of vacancy and other factors which are relevant and permissible under rules applicable.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
