RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD). No.9703 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUPPASAMY PANDIYAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.9703 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit by the order dated 01.06.

2022, she has been released on anticipatory bail with some conditions. One of the condition is that she should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one month. From 14.06.2022 to 21.06.2022 she has complied the condition before the respondent police. The petitioner is a lady and she has to travel from madurai to pattukottai District to comply the condition. Moreover, the distance between the Districts is about 200 kms. Hence, he seeks modification of condition as 'report before any of the police station situated in Madurai District'. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.7228 of 2022 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court, dated 01.06.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Oomachikulam Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
