JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] Challenging the dismissal order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD) No.1911 of 2023, dated 29.03.2023, the appellants / writ petitioners have filed the Writ Appeal.

2.Heard Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathi, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.N.Karthi Kanna, learned counsel appearing for the eighth respondent.

3. We are not inclined to entertain the Writ Appeal, as the direction given by the learned Single Judge in paragraph No.12 is very clear that the property in question shall be surveyed and thereupon the decision shall be taken. Hence, this Writ Appeal fails and the same stands dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
