ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to receive and register the sale deed 1/4

presented by the petitioner in respect of the properties in R.S.No.1235/1A1A1B and R.S.No.1236/1A1A2 in Melarajakularaman Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District, in accordance with law within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that one S.Muthuramalingam has raised objections. 3.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 1st respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and the said objector S.Muthuramalingam and conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
