Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.INIYAVAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant an extension of time to execute the order dated 20.10.2021 passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.15502 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the second petitioner affected by jaundice, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of dated 20.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.15502 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
