ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition in Crl.M.P.No.787 of 2018, dated 02.08.2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni so far as the imposition of condition to produce the sureties must be blood relative of the accused.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed in paragraph-6 of the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ten Thousand Only) with two general sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni. The other conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.787 of 2018, dated 02.08.2018 remains unchanged.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is partly allowed.
