This Criminal Original Petition is filed to comply the order in Crl.M.P.No.1034 of 2022 dated 26.04.2022 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram, which was modified by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.9463 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have filed a petition for anticipatory bail in Cr.M.P.No.1034 of 2022 before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram and the same has been granted to the petitioners on condition that that petitioners shall appear before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. Thereafter, they moved modification petition before this Court and that was disposed of by directing the first petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interogation and directing the second petitioner to appear before the respondent police monthly once I.e., on the first working day of every English Calendar month until further orders. They filed this petition seeking extension of time to comply the condition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first 2/4
petitioner was advised by the Doctor not to travel from one place to another place and the second petitioner is a cooli. Because of that, they are not in a position to mobilize the money and also comply the conditional order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.M.P.No.1034 of 2022 dated 26.04.2022. Hence, he seeks extend the time to comply the above said order.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a period of 15 days to comply the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.M.P.No.1034 of 2022 dated 26.04.2022.
