Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner further.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint is pending against the petitioner and the petitioner

is enquired with regard to the said complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the complaint was given against the petitioner and he filed anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13722 of 2018. When the matter came up for hearing it was reported on the side of the police that the enquiry was conducted based on the complaint and the same has been closed. Recording the same, this Court disposed of the anticipatory bail application.

4. When the respondent police have already reported before the Court that the complaint had already been enquired and closed, the petitioner cannot be again called by the police in the name of enquiry on the basis of the same complaint. The respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner with regard to the complaint which has already been closed.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
