The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to measure and demarcate the petitioner's land with the assistance of the fourth respondent and pass orders on the petitioner's application, dated 16.12.2024.

2.Heard Ms.A.Rajini, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.S.Vinayak, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Counsel for the third respondent and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent. By consent both parties, considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2/4

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the third respondent shall proceed to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 16.12.2024 and after giving advance intimation to the fourth respondent for necessary police protection and also after giving notice to respondent 5 and 6, the survey shall be conducted in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
