The petitioner seeks police protection based on her complaint dated 24.09.2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the matter is being enquired into. The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent has to register an FIR. If no cognizable offence is made out, then the petition/enquiry shall be closed and the result shall be intimated to the petitioner without delay.
