Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVACHANDRAN.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent herein by this Court, dated 03.09.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9314 of 2020 in Crime No.2094 of 2020.

2. It is submitted that seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.2094 of 2020 the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P(MD).No.19743 of 2021 and the same allowed by this Court on 17.12.2021 on the ground that compromise entered into between the parties.

3. It is seen from the records that much before the date of above said order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19743 of 2021, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
