ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police have not taken action on his representation dated 08.11.2024 has approached this Court.

2.It appears that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the 1st respondent / Superintendent of Police, who in turn has forwarded the same to the 3rd respondent police.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate (CrlSide), the 3rd respondent has issued summons to the petitioner for enquiry. However, the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry and has not co-operated for enquiry.

4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to co-operate for enquiry. 5.Considering the above submissions made on either side, the petitioner is permitted to appear for enquiry before the 3rd respondent police along with an Advocate. The 3rd respondent shall conduct an enquiry, find out any criminal case is made out and take a decision accordingly, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
