The petitioner has filed this Petition to direct the second respondent not to harass him and his family members under the guise of an enquiry. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submits that it is a matrimonial dispute between the parties and on the complaint of the third respondent, the petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.202 of 2024 is pending, from 08.05.2024.

3. Since, it is a matrimonial dispute, this Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and the respondent police shall refer the petitioner and the defacto complainant to the Social Welfare Officer and find a solution for their dispute. The respondent police shall not harass the petitioner.
