ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the period of time for surrender as well as to comply the condition stipulated in the order passed by this Court dated 01.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4337 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13176 of 2024.

2. Mr.M.Sridharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to arrange sufficient sureties within a short period. Hence, 1/3

the petitioner was unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 02.09.2024. Accordingly, he seeks two weeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13176 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024. 3.Heard Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 30.05.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13176 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
