O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed,for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay 90% Non-recovery of marriage loan from the Petitioner's provident fund account for his daughter's marriage expenses, held on 27.08.2017 based on the Petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.A.P.Muthupandian, learned Standing takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner was employed as Driver in the respondents/Corporation and subsequently promoted as Special Grade Conductor in the second respondent/Corporation and that his daughter's marriage was held on 27.08.2017. Hence for marriage expenses, the Petitioner applied for ''Provident Fund Non-Refundable Loan'' from his Provident Account No.9626, by way of representation on 23.11.2017.Since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.

4. The Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon.

5.In view of the submission, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.11.2017 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with the rules, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
