This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection conduct ootchava festival from 27.04.2025 to 05.05.2025 in Sri Muthumariamman Kovil, situated at Boothakudi Village, Natham Taluk, Dindukal District to perform other related activities of the temple as per the petitioner`s complaint dated 22.04.2025 and 23.04.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that earlier, the petitioner already filed Writ Petition in W.P.(MD) No.9619 of 2025 for the very same relief and this Court has also granted the same relief through order dated 04.04.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. This Court heard both sides and perused the records.

4. Since the same petitioner already filed a petition before this Court for the very same relief and this Court also granted the same relief through order dated 04.04.2025, no further order is required to be passed in this case.
