The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein not to lay thar Road in the cart track in S.No:14/2 of Servaikaranpatti Village, Vembakkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

Heard Mr.M.Thirunavukkarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.G.Muthu Kannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R3, Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent and Mr.K.N.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

3.Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the respondents have no proposal to lay a Thar road in the land of the petitioner in Survey No.14/2 of Servaikaranpatti Village, Vembakkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District and also produced a letter dated 18.07.2017 from the Block Development Officer, fourth respondent herein. 4.In view of the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
