To call for the records and set aside order dated 01.09.2021 passed in M.C.No.32 of 2019 by the Family Court, Dindigul by allowing the above Criminal Revision Petition and to grant such other relief or reliefs as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and the petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate and of M/S.G.GOMATHI SANKAR,Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- By the order dated 25.07.2022, the revision petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the arrear amount on or before 18.08.2022. When the matter was called on 15.09.2022, it was submitted that the matter may be referred to the Mediation Centre. Since there was undertaking by the revision petitioner to deposit 50% of the arrear amount, he was directed to comply with the above said order. But when the matter was called on today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
