Respondent P RAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the respondent dated 15.5.2019 styled as 'demand notice' issued in the name of the petitioner's late father Abduljaffer in respect of the shop in possession of the petitioner in Shop no. 26, New Palace Road, Pudukottai, in the vacant site belonging to the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to regularize the licence of the petitioner in respect of the said shop on receipt of the license amount as found in the proceedings of the respondent dated 21.3.2013 in Na.Ka.No.A4/8182/2007 along with enhanced rent, at the rate as per the existing guidelines, along with the due GST. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has addressed a letter to the Registry requesting withdrawal. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
