The criminal original petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the third respondent to give a police protection for the petitioner's life and limb, based on the representation dated 20.04.2021 and to use the common pathway subject matter of the suit O.S.No.253/1991, dated 12.04.1991.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police issued notice to the petitioner and counter party, conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 03.08.2021.
