Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue appropriate direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to give adequate protection to the petitioner to take her three lorries bearing Registration No. TN 88 D 8066, TN 25 BM 4533 and TN 25 BM 1436 along with registration Certificate, Insurance, permit and fitness certificate pertaining to the above said vehicle.

ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give adequate protection to the petitioner to take her three lorries bearing Registration No. TN 88 D 8066, TN 25 BM 4533 and TN 25 BM 1436 along with registration Certificate, Insurance, permit and fitness certificate pertaining to the above said vehicle from the custody of the third respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that cause of action in respect of the dispute arose is within the jurisdiction of Pattiveeranpatti Police station, whereas the petitioner has given representation only to the Vadakarai Police station. The petitioner has to approach the concerned Jurisdictional police to redress her grievance and on that basis, complaint came to be closed 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach Pattiveeranpatti https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
