ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.08.2021, by an elaborate order, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents was directed to advise the 3rd respondent to close the enquiry and the matter was directed to be listed today for the purpose of informing this Court about the outcome of the development.

3.Even today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that the enquiry has not been completed and both the parties did not appear for enquiry for the aforesaid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.In view of the above, the 3rd respondent herein is directed to close the enquiry, directing the parties to workout their remedies before the appropriate forum through appropriate civil proceedings. 5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
