ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 to 9. 2/6
2.This writ petition has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the unauthorized construction put up by the private respondents in Survey No.410, which is classified as Government poramboke. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, by placing the written instructions of the Tahsildar, Aravakurichi, dated 21.03.2024, submitted that already there is an existing temple, which is constructed in the subject property long before. Further, the private respondents also took steps to make further constructions behind the existing temple. Pursuant to the complaint received, the Authorities competent had taken action and the new construction, that was sought to be put up behind the old existing temple, was stopped. 4.
The learend Additional Government Pleader further submits that the temple, which is situated in the subject property, has been existing for a long period, which is being in the use of the public. He further submits that the Authorities competent will ensure that no fresh encroachment is made in the portion of the land, which is behind the temple and any further construction in that premises will not be permitted.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and also the report filed by the Tahsildar, Aravakurichi, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Thus, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
