Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MANICKARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9422 of 2018, dated 03.08.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this modification petition is allowed.
