Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7118 of 2024 dated 15.05.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is a history sheeter and he is having nine previous cases. He further submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition only for 20 days.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
