2. The affidavit filed by the District Manager, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited [TASMAC], the second respondent herein, indicates that a decision was taken not to locate the TASMAC Shop in Survey No.330, Batlagundu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

3. In view of the counter affidavit filed by the District Manager, TASMAC, not to locate the TASMAC Shop in Survey No.330, Batlagundu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above observation. No costs.
