Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAPPAN.A.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7254 of 2024, dated 15.05.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has not complied with the condition regularly.

3.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is affected with Chicken pox and therefore, he could not comply with the condition. The respondent police has suggested him not to appear before them due to his ill-health.

4. Considering the said submission made on either side, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week.
