Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.221 of 2017 , within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
