ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary steps to permit the petitioner and others, who belong to Schedules Caste Community to conduct Kodai Vizha Festival of Thesigapuram Arulmigu Thesiamman Temple, Thesigapuram, North Street, Rajapalayam Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Virudhunagar District, scheduled on 04.07.2017 and 05.07.2017, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.06.2017. 2.Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3.Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions from the fifth respondent, who is present before this Court, would submit that the petitioner will be permitted to participate in the Temple festival. It is further submitted that the representation of the petitioner was already considered by the first respondent as per the order of this Court, dated 24.05.2017, in W.P.(MD)No.9581 of 2017 and hence, there is no necessity to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.06.2017, afresh by the respondents.
4.Considering the abovesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader that the petitioner will also be permitted to take part in the Temple festival, no further adjudication is necessary in this case. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
