ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A), 4(1)(i) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Sections 420, 468, 471 and 476 I.P.C. in Crime No.667 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the other accused persons in this case are found in possession of 1440 duplicate brandy bottles. The petitioner/A5 had purchased the said duplicate brandy bottles from Accused No.1 and sold out the same in the market. Hence, the case has been registered.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent. He did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He has been falsely roped in this case. The petitioner is in judicial custody from 07.07.2018 onwards. Hence, he prays for bail.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the said contraband was recovered. The petitioner is having two previous cases for similar nature of offence and the investigation is pending.

Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigual.
