Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.07.2021 and accordingly submit proposal to the second respondent for approval of sanctioning retirement benefits and family pension to the petitioner and other legal heirs of her husband and further directing the second respondent to dispose the same within the time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The limited prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is for considering the claim of the petitioner for retirement benefits and family pension in favour of the petitioner as well as her legal heirs.
2. Though the name of the first respondent is printed in the cause list, none appears on his behalf. By taking into account the limited prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner in her representation, dated 24.07.2021, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.07.2021, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
