This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed on them by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8083 of 2024, dated 30.05.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent raised objections that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 11.00 a.m., for a period of four weeks, but they have complied with the condition for only 10 days.
3.Considering the attitude of the petitioners in not complying with the condition, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
