ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned letter in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

A.Thi.Mu.No.3031/K5/2016 dated 31.01.2017 sent by the 2nd respondent and impugned letter sent by third respondent in Ka.No.005036/136/Ni.Pi.3/U3/Ko.Ma.Se/2017 dated 06.03.2017 and quash the same as illegal and void and direct the first respondent to call for the candidates list for the organizer post and select from the recommended candidates of the petitioner school and committee.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition and she has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
