ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9019 of 2021 dated 08.07.2021, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner is not able to arrange sureties and appear before the concerned Magistrate in time and hence, he seek for extension of time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

CRL MP(MD) No.5472 of 2021 situation, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 08.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9019 of 2021.
