ORDER
(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.
2.We are satisfied that the direction given by this Court has been substantially complied with. However, it appears that on account of the construction put up by the private respondents in the writ petition on the corporation road, the petitioner is put to some inconvenience. In order to give a quietus to the issue, we permit the petitioner herself to engage her own men and machinery to level the corporation road to the original position. This shall be done by the petitioner on 27.01.2026 between 10.00 am to 01.00 pm. The corporation officials shall also be present on the occasion so that the petitioner does not encounter in any difficulty from any private person.
