O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 25.02.2025 lodged before the second respondent herein and same was acknowledged in C.S.R. No.186/2025 dated 25.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the civil dispute, the petitioner sent a representation dated 25.02.2025 and the same was assigned in C.S.R.No.186 of 2025 on 25.02.2025 but, thereafter, no action was taken. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry by the second respondent. They will consider and take appropriate action within 15 days. Page No. 2 of 4

Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration of the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
