PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation, dated 08.09.2016 and 26.06.2017 and consequently to issue patta for the above said Thiru.Irudaya Andavar Alayam situated in Survey No.297, Kamban Nagar, Kalanivasal, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District within stipulated time framed by this Court.
