It is further submitted that the petitioner did not appear before the Enquiry Officer in respect of the aforesaid issue.

3.Such sort of prayer will not lie at the stage of enquiry. The petitioner has to appear before the Enquiry Officer and cooperate with him to complete the enquiry. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy appropriately.
