Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court for depositing a sum of Rs.1,85,000/- in Crl.OP(MD)No.3605 of 2022 by its order dated 01.03.2022 by another 3 months.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks further period of time to deposit a sum of Rs.1,85,000/- and produce sureties. Due to the financial crisis, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.3605 of 2022 dated 01.03.2022.
