O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take proper criminal action by considering petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the money dispute, the petitioner sent a representation dated 25.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for consideration by the second respondent. They will considered and take appropriate action within 15 days.

4. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration of the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, after affording Page No. 2 of 4

opportunity to both the parties.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
