This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take action on petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 24.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law after affording opportunity to Page No. 2 of 4

both the parties, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order.
