O R D E R
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate informed the Court that an identical complaint was submitted to the District Collector and the District Collector forwarded the same to the third respondent. The third respondent forwarded the same to the jurisdictional District Revenue Officer. The District Revenue Officer held an enquiry and he did not find any merit of the petitioner's application. The order passed by the District Revenue Officer has since been submitted.
2. Be that as it may, the third respondent shall hold an independent enquiry and give a disposal to the petitioner's complaint within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4
